The Crust:
What makes you feel proud about your company?

Mr. Larry McIver:
We are proud of our record of fulfilling our customers requirements and making each desire of theirs a reality.  This is best accomplished by doing the simple things such as returning phone calls, being on time for appointments, pricing fairly, and caring deeply about the quality of our products.  This route is made smoother by proper planning, a clean and disciplined work environment, and by taking advantage of ever improving technology within the industry.

The Crust:
Comment on the conditions of the stone industry, how do you compare it from the past to what it is now?

Mr. Larry McIver:
The good news is, the stone industry is growing at an incredible pace-The bad news is, the stone industry is growing at an incredible pace.  The best part of this statement is that the industry is maturing and that stone is becoming an ever more prominent choice for enhancing the beauty and durability of our homes and buildings.  The worst of this statement is that the promise of increasing growth brings with it the possibility of diminished profitability and a decline in end product quality.  Let us hold firm to the superior standards that have made this industry great and resolve to work together in promoting its growth.

The Crust:
You had interacted with Stone Matrix; Share your views and experiences and also the relationship with Stone Matrix?

Mr. Larry McIver:
Stone Matrix has been an excellent resource for us in keeping up with trends within our industry.  I have found it to be especially helpful in understanding new technologies as they are launched and in identifying with the thoughts and concerns of other industry professionals covered in Stone Matrix articles.  Stone Matrix has recently been very helpful to us by constructing our new interactive web site.

The Crust:
Thanks for your generous time I would like to conclude that give some words of advice for the ‘would- be’ businessman.

Mr. Larry McIver:
As an advice for the ‘would-be’ business man I would like to conclude that a businessman should develop a good business plan and remember each work of yours is your name.
